The process begins with 100% American made carbon steel rod that is drawn into wire, preheated, cleaned and fluxed. A commercially pure recyclable aluminum is then applied to the wire using a patented vertical hot-dip process. The state-of-the-art aluminizing process produces an exceptionally smooth coating that is bonded to the steel wire. This sealed aluminized steel wire that is protected against corrosive elements and pollution is then woven into high-grade chain link fence fabric.

With coated chain link fabric, you are assured of a double coating of protection. Before the wire is processed through the PVC coating line, it must first be coated with zinc. The finished color PVC material is then extruded or fused onto the galvanized surface, giving the fence a double coating of protection along with the lasting beauty of color.
